Meet Nenah SANDY for School Board
When Nenah Sandy first moved to Delta, she knew it would be a wonderful place to raise a family. What she didn’t realize was just how much she would come to love the community.
Today, she proudly calls Tsawwassen home, where she lives with her husband and children and is actively involved in local schools and community initiatives. As a PAC member at English Bluff Elementary and a committee member with the Delta Women’s Network, she believes strong communities are built through connection, service, and supporting one another.
Professionally, Nenah is a Mortgage Strategist and Home Financing Advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and families achieve homeownership and build long-term financial security. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for listening, problem-solving, and helping people navigate important life decisions.
As a parent, volunteer, and community advocate, Nenah understands that schools are at the heart of thriving communities. She is running for the Delta School Board because she believes every child deserves the opportunity to learn, belong, and succeed. She is committed to supporting students, families, and educators while ensuring Delta schools remain welcoming, inclusive, and responsive to the diverse needs of today’s learners.
Nenah believes that when families, educators, and the community work together, students flourish and that investing in children is one of the most important investments we can make in Delta’s future.
