Meet Jennyfer CASSAR for School Board

Jennyfer Cassar is a seasoned entrepreneur, community advocate, and leadership facilitator dedicated to moving the needle for women and educators in British Columbia. As the Managing Director of Dogwood ECE Workshops (Dogwood Montessori Inc.), Jennyfer has transformed the landscape of professional development for Early Childhood Educators, providing strategic support and advanced training for certified professionals since 2018.

A true “serial entrepreneur” with deep roots in Delta, Jennyfer has successfully founded, operated, and sold two local businesses, giving her a unique, 360-degree perspective on the small business lifecycle. Her corporate acumen is currently focused on her role as the Membership and Stakeholder Engagement Manager for the Delta Chamber of Commerce, where she works at the intersection of business growth and community economic health.

Beyond her professional ventures, Jennyfer is the Founding Chair of the Delta Women’s Network, an initiative that has rapidly become a primary hub for collaborative energy and leadership among women in the Delta. Her commitment to local advocacy is further evidenced by her role as the PAC Executive Chair at South Park Elementary over the last 3 years as well as her active role with the Tsawwassen Amateur Baseball Association.

Jennyfer’s leadership style is rooted in authenticity and a “whole-person” approach. Whether she is facilitating a “Deep Dive” panel or mentoring educators, her goal is to help others lead with impact and purpose. She lives in Tsawwassen with her husband and children, fueled by a passion for community building and the vibrant West Coast lifestyle.
